Addressable Investigations and Arina to Bring Off-Chain Attribution to the DACH Investigations Community

Investigators across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria run into the same problem that defines crypto investigations everywhere in 2026. The fund flow can be mapped. The wallet at the end of the trail cannot be attributed. Mixers, fresh wallets, and cross-chain hops are the conditions where the on-chain layer reaches its limit. Today we are announcing a partnership with Arina that brings that second layer to the DACH investigations community.
Who is Arina AG?
Arina AG is a Swiss-based provider of digital forensics, eDiscovery, OSINT now also crypto investigations solutions for investigators and corporate teams across the DACH region. Based in Switzerland and Germany the company supports law enforcement, corporate investigators, and consultancies with the software and hardware that drives modern investigative work.
Arina is also the founder and organiser of the Digital Investigations Conferences (DIC), held annually in Zurich, Vienna, and Munich. For the digital forensics, OSINT, and eDiscovery community in DACH, Arina is one of the trusted partners that shows up at the conferences customers attend and supplies the tools customers buy.
Until now, Arina's portfolio has focused on the established disciplines: mobile forensics, computer forensics, eDiscovery, and OSINT. Crypto investigations have been the missing layer. That is what this partnership addresses.
What does Addressable Investigations bring to the partnership?
Addressable Investigations is the off-chain attribution layer for crypto investigations. Our SaaS platform, Spectra, sits above the on-chain forensics stack and connects wallets to real-world entities through off-chain attribution that activates when the on-chain trail goes cold.
Spectra is built for the cases where mixer use, fresh wallets, and cross-chain hops have left no on-chain link to a known entity. It produces region-level attribution that remains effective even when users attempt to mask their activity through commercial VPN infrastructure. Investigators, token recovery teams, exchange forensics teams, and compliance leads use Spectra to close cases that on-chain analytics tools cannot close on their own.
The platform is additive to existing on-chain forensics tools. It does not replace the on-chain layer. It picks up where the on-chain layer stops.
Why does this partnership matter for the DACH investigations community?
Two structural reasons.
First, the volume of crypto-related investigations across the region has scaled. Banking compliance teams in Zurich, financial crime units in Vienna, and prosecution authorities in Munich are working cases with crypto exposure at materially higher rates than two years ago. The investigators handling those cases need tooling that closes them, not just maps them.
Second, the cases that close in 2026 are the ones running two attribution layers. The on-chain category is mature. Investigators in DACH already use it. The gap has been the second layer above. Through this partnership, Arina's customer base now has access to that layer, supported by a partner they already know, in their language, with the relationship infrastructure they trust.
How will the partnership work in practice?
Arina becomes the regional partner for Addressable Investigations across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Their existing customers and prospects gain direct access to Spectra through the Arina relationship. Training, onboarding, and ongoing customer support sit alongside Arina's existing service model.
For the broader DACH investigations community, the practical implication is straightforward. The off-chain attribution layer is now available through a regional partner that has been doing investigative work for years.
